Boulder Range Resort an Eco-friendly nature resort which is situated on the Matale road in Kiralagolla Dambulla, Sri lanka.
According to the history the emperor of Anuradhapura had obtained stone posts (Rock columns) from this location for the constructions like ‘Lowamahapaya’. This range of boulders called the Archaeological rock fence of 2nd century and which guided ancient people to travel upcountry too.
The resort is surrounded with a range of boulders,rock forests and the scenic ‘Monarawila Lake’, also located closer to the archaeological sites in the cultural Triangle of Srilanka.
Boulder Range offers 17 Chalets categorized as double, triple and 4 bed Standard chalets with AC, satellite TV, Telephone, hot and cold water, baby cot, mini bar and open veranda with boulders and rock forest views, that open air-Restaurant with 100 pax seating Capacity. Swimming Pool 50’ x 25’ with 2 ½’ to 5 1/2 ‘depth’. Resort’s Spacious banquet hall facilities with 350 pax seating Capacity for Wedding, Parties, workshops etc.
